• Srimutt Swamy Aksharanandaji & Srimutt Swami Anupamanandaji from Ramkrishna Mutt, Rajahmundry delivered a Seminar on Personality Development to success, on 22-07-2010.
  
• Workshop on "Applications of Nanotechnology in Pharmacy" was organized by the Dept. of Pharmaceutical Technology, SVCP (28th, 29th, July, 2010). Delegates from other colleges in A.P. & Orissa participated . Guest Lectures were delivered by eminent resource persons.
  
  • Dr.P.L.Nayak, Chairman, P.L.Nayak Research Foundation, Cuttack discussed about Nanoparticles.
    
  • Mr.Abhishek explained about controlled release delivery systems.
    
  • Dr.A.R.Phani, Director, NanoRam Technologies, Bangalore discussed about "Synthesis, evaluation and
    applications of Nano particles in Industry."
    
  • Experiment on the preparation of Nanofibers by electrospinning was demonstrated.
    
  • Dr.Gabhe and Dr.T.V.Narayana participated in the valedictory function.
    
  • Dr.Gabhe advised the students about the importance of organic chemistry.
    
  • Dr.T.V.Narayana explained the applications of Nanotechnology in Industry and discussed the importance

• Prof.D.Gowri Shankar, Professor, A.U., Visakhapatnam delivered a lecture on "Analysis of drug derivatives by HPLC".
  
• Mr.S.R.Parthasarathy, GMP consultant, Hyderabad explained about "Cleaning validation".

• Dr.Raghu Rama Rao, Prof. & Head, Dept. of Pharm.Chemistry, Punjab Univ. delivered Guest Lectur on 27-01-10 on "Discovery of New Molecules for Breast Cancer" from 10.30 a.m. to 12.00 noon.
  
• Dr.B.Narasaiah, Scientist F, IICT, Hyderabad delivered a Guest Lecture on 28-01-10 on "Synthesis of Hetero Cyclic Compounds containing Fluorine" from 2.30 p.m. to 3.30 p.m. - M.Pharm 2 branches and IV B.Pharm students and Faculty members attended the Guest Lecture.
  
• Dr.Ravi, M.Sc., Ph.D., Biotechnologist from Institute of Biological Sciences, Vijyawada, delivered a Guest Lecture on 29-01-10 from 2.30 p.m. to 3.30 p.m. on "Bioinformatics and Chemoinformatics in Drug Design". The Guest Lecture was attended by the Faculty members, M.Pharm & IV B.Pharm students.
