Results declaration - Guidelines

Guidelines For B Pharmacy/ Pharm D

  • If any student fails to attend Internal Theory both Mid-I & II and / or Internal Lab Examinations, the respective student will not be eligibleto appear for that particular subject- Theory and Practical- in the Semester- End/ year-end examinations, as the case may be.
  • In subjects  like  Remedial .Mathematics, Biology, Communication Skills, Computer Basics , Computer Applications and Environmental Sciences etc., the minimum pass  is 40%., i.e., both Internal and Semester- End  examination marks taken together.
  • In Core Pharmacy Subjects, Human Anatomy and Physiology (HAP), Pharmaceutics, Pharmaceutical Analysis and Pharmaceutical Inorganic Chemistry, etc, the minimum pass is 50%, i.e., both Internal and Semester- End Examination marks taken together.
  • When a failed candidate or a candidate confident of his/her better performance in a particular subject, applies for revaluation, then the marks awarded by the evaluator are considered as Final.

Guidelines for M Pharmacy

  • For M Pharm, the theory answer scripts will be evaluated by both internal and external examiners (double valuation).
  • If the difference between EV1 and EV2, is less than 14M out of 70M, then the average marks of EV1 and EV2 will be considered as Final marks.
  • If the difference between EV1 and EV2, is more than 14M out of 70M, then 3rd evaluation (EV3) is obtained, whose marks are considered as Final marks.
  • When a failed candidate or a candidate confident of his/ her better performance in a particular subject, applies for revaluation, then the marks awarded by the evaluator are considered as Final.
  • If the candidates are not satisfied with the marks he/she obtained in a particular subject, he/ she may apply for third evaluation. In case, the candidate’s answer script in that particular subject has already been evaluated by the 3rd evaluator in Semester-end theory examination, then those candidates are not considered for 4th evaluation.
  • If any student fails to attend Internal Theory both Mid-I & II and / or Internal Lab Examinations, the respective student will not be eligibleto appear for the specific subject- Theory and Practical- in the Semester- End examinations.
